hand it to me is a video that combines animation, collages of photographic prints, and close-up views of skin to create abstract landscapes. Guided by my own spoken-word poetry—voiced and spatially staged—the piece focuses on acts of love and the fragmentation that occurs in the search for self-acceptance.
